Hot water is a vital resource, and Hot Water Now! continues to remain open for water heater installations, replacements, and repairs. We will also continue to provide annual maintenance services, and will understand if our customers need to adjust or reschedule existing appointments.
Job site, vehicle, and office safety and cleanliness remains a priority. Our technicians are focused on maintaining hygiene and implementing sanitization protocols. Our inventory and supply chain remain strong and have instituted measures to support social distancing. If you have any questions regarding your projects, please call or email. If cancellations become necessary we will work to communicate in a timely fashion and provide alternative solutions.
The CDC recommends social distancing. While not welcoming you with a handshake might feel awkward for us, please let it be a sign of how much we value you, your health and the health of those you love. We are educating all our associates on COVID-19 symptoms and preventive measures.
We have been closely monitoring the complex and rapidly evolving COVID-19 situation and would like to extend a special thank you to the local, state and federal agencies, as well as health officials who work diligently to contain the virus. We are following the guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to ensure that we are making consistent, fact-based decisions about our activities and our operations.
